Home2 Suites by Hilton Richmond Hill Savannah I 95

We stayed here for a few days visiting the area and was pleasantly surprised by the clean rooms and some nice staff at this hotel. We travel twice a year and this will be our new stop along the way. The friendly and smiling faces at the front desk in the evening/night shifts and the breakfast lady on mornings are truly welcoming, something that you do see often these days. Management is doing something right here. We will be back.

I made my reservation, I called because I had questions and the young lady Michelle was very nice, patient and helpful. She answered all my questions. The day of I called to inform them i was gonna be a late check-in again I spoke with Michelle and I am just so pleased of what a great host she is. Now the hotel its self was clean all around, smell good. My room king bed as soon as i walk in felt so relax smell good and it was actually cleaned made me feel relax (being ocd and all) the shower the water pressure help me after a long 15 hour drive i needed this room n the shower too i highly recommend this hotel. Thank you again Michelle for everything

Our visit to the Home2 Suites was very nice around Thanksgiving. I appreciated the size of the room and the couch area. I did not use the kitchen but it looked like everything you might need was provided. Unlike a lot of hotels, I felt this room had adequate electrical outlets for all our devices and phone chargers and they were placed in convenient locations. I loved the walk-in shower since I have bad knees. I was told that most rooms do have showers only. I've attached a picture of the shower since there didn't seem to be one on their website and I always look for this. I had my preference for a high floor in my account profile and put it in the request section of the reservation, but when it came time to choose my room the only options were on the two bottom floors of the four-story building. I did hear some noise from above the room because of this. I was told that the best way to get my preferences for a high floor and to make sure to get a walk-in shower was to call the hotel directly about five minutes after making the reservation online. I will do that the next time we plan to stay here.

The rooms are really nice, breakfast was great and it truly is a dog friendly hotel, however, the side doors not unlocking correctly was quite inconvenient with being a dog owner and we heard other people having issues with it as well talking to the front desk.

I think this is a new location so everything is still very clean and new. The pool being off the lobby made lobby loud with pool noise however the pool door was propped open so that probably didnt help. Our room was unfortunately on second floor overlooking the outdoor patio, the people on patio weren't even being rowdy or loud just talking normally and hanging out but could hear them like they were outside our door. So dont get a room near the lobby side of the building . Night desk staff very pleasant, morning staff seemed to be hiding and several guest just standing at desk as we ate breakfast. We ended up using app to check out instead of waiting. Breakfast ended very promptly at 9 am which even though people were still grabbing plates, staff was clearing alrwady prepared food literally away from these guest. 5 minutes later the staff was eating the breakfast as could be seen through open door to kitchen prep area. 9 am seems a bit early to end breakfast for people traveling and especially when the food was prepared and guest were in line waiting for food the staff was clearing it .

If I could give it 10 stars I would. Big rooms with a pull-out couch, a/c worked great, clean and the ladies at breakfast stayed open and extra 45 mins so our family could eat. They 100% made our day. Thank you to the staff.

Comfortable, convenient location. Rooms were clean. I like that there are nightlights in the bathroom. Breakfast just okay.

All the staff was super friendly and helpful. You can see the respect and friendliness amongst themselves. There's a nice variety for breakfast and even the guests were happy. Rooms and bathrooms were super cleaned as you could smell the cleanliness the moment you opened the door. The comfort of the accommodations was excellent and nobody wanted to wake up in the morning. All in all it was THE best hotel on our vacation stay through a couple states. Keep up the great work!
